Long Distance Health Consult

We will work together to help resolve or clarify an ongoing health problem using dialoguing, exercises, and meditation to help empower you in exploring your body and internal sensations. This session uses holding space and putting you in touch with healthy resources to facilitate a healing process. As a therapist, I will guide you with my coaching skills and dialoguing to engage your inner healing process. Treatments are held over the phone and are 30 minutes long.
