The intention of massage therapy is to improve an individual's health and well-being through hands-on manipulation of muscles and other soft tissues such as tendons and ligaments to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, and stress.

During your session, I use a wide variety of therapeutic approaches including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, deep tissue therapy, and hydrotherapy.

In addition, I can help educate you with regard to proper postural procedures and prevention of harmful repetitive strain patterns.

  • It reduces the strain and discomfort of training by increasing circulation and speeding the removal of metabolic waste which relieves muscle pain, spasm, stiffness and fatigue;
  • Recovery after training is accelerated - one can do more with less rest between activities;
  • Aids in injury prevention and enhances recovery after injury, increasing range of motion.

Relaxation Massage

Massage feels great!! It helps one to relax and revitalize. It improves one's energy level and enhances the body and mind's ability to handle stress by reducing mental and physical fatigue and tension.
